Hello!  My name is Amber Thiel. I'm CEO of The Healthy Edge, a personal trainer and a former professor of Human Nutrition and Wellness. I will be your 2017 Fitmas Challenge Leader.  

The challenge is simple. Every day you watch a short 2-3 minutes video from one of our amazing fitness experts sharing the "move of the day" and the repetition goal for both beginners and advanced challengers. Once you have the move and the repetition goal, you have the entire day to make it happen! 

Accountability includes checking in on The Healthy Edge Community Facebook Group when you have completed the challenge. Enjoy the support and celebrate with other Fitmas Challenges, our Healthy Edge Coaches and community members from around the globe!
